BOOKKEEPING

We use Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solution® or your software.  We highly recommend QuickBooks but if you currently have a software package you prefer, we can accommodate you. We can even convert your current system to QuickBooks, which offers basic accounting packages and industry specific packages.  We will review your current systems and procedures and advise a solution that will fit your needs.

AdminNH.com offers full bookkeeping service, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial statements, bank reconciliation, job costing, state sales tax filing and registrations, and collections.

Do you need a tax professional?  AdminNH.com has worked with a well established, local accounting firm for over 20 years.  We would be happy to refer you and provide necessary documentation to get you started.

Payroll

In house or with a payroll service.  In house includes quarterly and annual state and federal filings (941, 940, W-2, 1096, W-9, 1099, state unemployment).

We will work with a payroll service to simplify or eliminate what can often be a burdensome task. The service we use assumes the liability for any errors or issues with tax liabilities and filings, which relieves you of the responsibility.   You may be surprised to learn how cost effective and time saving it is to use a payroll service, allowing more time to generate business and do the actual work of making money.

Business Insurance

AdminNH.com can help you to determine your insurance needs.  Do you have liability insurance? workers comp? company vehicle insurance?  theft & vandalism?   We work closely with a local insurance agent who assists us in finding the right insurance for your business.  Our agents shop multiple major carriers to get you the best possible price for the coverage that meets your needs.
